The Hobbit

Their Story
Habitat: Mehetia Lava Fields
Size: 2.5 - 3 feet Width and 12.5-15 ft in Length
Diet: Igneous Rocks
Dens: Create Kimberlite Tubes to live in

Kimberlite dragons are native to the Mehetian Lava Fields. They create kimberlite pipes as they carve out a den to live in. The pipes are usually 3-12 feet in diameter and indeterminate lengths. Adult Kimberlite dragons are usually 2.5 to 3 feet in width and 12.5 to 15 feet in length. The crystalline appearance of their bodies is due to the minerals in the igneous rocks that they eat. These fire dragons tend to be aggressive and direct. They usually mate in the spring and their eggs hatch in the deepest heart of Summer.
